Artist Talk, Exhibition Opening, and Book Signing

To kick off the book launch, we invite you to sullaluna for a special meeting with illustrator Milly Miljkovic, followed by a book signing. This event will also mark the opening of the original artwork exhibition, featuring the original plates of the 9 houses from the book, on display throughout the entire month of September.
About the book: 5/Case di cose is an intimate, poetic journey through lived-in spaces and the whimsical collections we all keep. Guided by Milly Miljkovic’s curious eye and Valentina Grignoli’s text, the book invites us to discover how the objects around us reveal who we truly are.

What do the treasures hidden in our drawers say about us?
Together with Milly Miljkovic, kids will become true clue-hunters, “spying” on the most poetic and eccentric collections in the neighborhood. After an immersive reading of 5/Case di cose, we will play at inventing and drawing the identities and personalities of mysterious characters based on their belongings.
A creative, imaginative workshop to learn how to read the stories hidden behind every little thing (or house).
